• Storage (Read/Write): Required to temporarily cache prescription images for uploads, and to save/download offline PDF reports or prescriptions.
• Notifications: Required to send real-time reminders about appointments, health updates, order tracking, and alerts.

Currently, the O-Parchee platform does not integrate any online payment gateway. No digital transaction, card, or banking details are collected through our services. Payments are handled via offline mechanisms (such as Cash on Delivery or offline hospital billing).

The O-Parchee mobile application does not collect, track, or monitor live GPS location information. For location purposes, you may manually provide your residential address or choose your city from predefined lists to find services nearby.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third-party advertisers or marketing companies. Your information is only shared under the following conditions:

• Medical Service Providers: Shared with doctors, clinics, and laboratory staffs to deliver requested diagnoses and consultations.
• Legal Requirement: When requested by regulatory bodies, courts, or law enforcement officers to comply with governing legislation in India.

The O-Parchee mobile application does not use analytics SDKs such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or Crashlytics to monitor your interface interactions. This design maintains your full privacy.

O-Parchee implements reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure your personal data. However, please be aware that no transmission method over the internet, or electronic storage format, is 100% secure. While we work to apply industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

• Account Information: Retained for the lifetime of your account.
• Order & Prescription Uploads: Retained for a maximum period of 3 years to comply with healthcare regulatory audits and transactional records, after which it is permanently purged.
• Local Device Records: Stored strictly on your physical device and deleted instantly when you uninstall the application or clear app data.

You have the following rights regarding the personal information we hold about you:

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we store on our servers.
• Right to Rectification: You can update or correct your profile details directly in the application.
• Right to Deletion: You can request the permanent removal of your account and personal data from our servers.
